The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Clinical Support: Assist doctors directly during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient clinical operations for patient care.
• Operatory Management: Prepare and sanitize operatory rooms before and after each treatment, maintaining a clean and organized environment for patient safety.
• Infection Control: Strictly manage infection control protocols, meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to meet safety standards.
• Patient Records: Accurately support doctors by assisting with patient charting, ensuring all records are up-to-date and complete for effective treatment planning.
• Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with all members of the dental team to foster a supportive environment and deliver exceptional patient care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; this is an entry-level position focused on providing foundational support within a dental practice, with the ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required state timeframe.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure success in the role.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds; a genuine commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the dental field.
