What You’ll Actually Do
• Treatment Support: Assist doctors during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
• Operatory Management: Prepare and clear operatories before and after patient treatments.
• Infection Control: Sterilize instruments and equipment while maintaining infection control standards.
• Patient Records: Support doctors by assisting with patient charting.
• Administrative Assistance: Complete various office tasks as necessary to support practice operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; this is an early career entry-level role.
• Experience: Ability to obtain radiology and safety certifications within the state-mandated timeframe for the practice location.
• Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Adaptability and commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
