What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, meticulously clean, and organize raw data to ensure its readiness for thorough analysis.
• Insight Generation: Actively identify significant trends, underlying patterns, and critical correlations within data using various statistical and analytical tools.
• Visualization & Reporting: Develop compelling dashboards, clear visualizations, and concise reports utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements, assist in data-driven decision-making, and deliver effective solutions.
• Data Quality & Learning: Implement rigorous validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency, while continuously staying updated on industry trends and new data tools or technologies.

• Background: This role requires a Master’s degree, welcoming recent graduates from all educational and professional backgrounds. It is an entry-level position designed for individuals eager to become data-driven problem solvers. Candidates must possess U.S. work authorization.

• Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills for effectively presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and keen attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases, and knowledge of statistical concepts or programming tools like Python or R.
