What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical and analytical tools.
• Visualization & Reporting: Develop insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Insight Presentation: Assist teams in making data-driven decisions by presenting clear and concise insights.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Master’s degree is required for this role. ATC embraces diversity, welcoming candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds, including recent Master’s graduates who may not have prior technical experience in the field.
• Experience: No prior technical experience is explicitly required; however, candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Skills: Candidates must possess strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to interpret complex information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement, alongside excellent communication skills needed to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities are also essential.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include practical internship or project experience gained in data analysis or visualization roles. Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases is a plus, as is knowledge of statistical concepts and tools such as Python or R, though these are not strictly required for consideration.
