What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize raw data to ensure it is ready for thorough analysis.
• Insight Generation: Identify significant trends, patterns, and correlations using various statistical and analytical tools.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and create insightful dashboards, visualizations, and reports using platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Decision Support: Assist cross-functional teams by presenting clear and concise data insights that drive data-driven decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their specific data requirements and deliver effective analytical solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree, suitable for an entry-level Data Analyst role without prior technical experience.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with a strong willingness and aptitude to learn data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities to present findings to diverse audiences, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bonus: Internship or project experience in data analysis or visualization, familiarity with SQL for database querying, and knowledge of statistical concepts or programming tools like Python or R.
