What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Preparation: You will rigorously collect, meticulously clean, and logically organize raw data, ensuring it is prepared for thorough and accurate analysis.
• Insight Generation: You will apply various statistical and analytical tools to identify significant trends, uncover hidden patterns, and determine critical correlations within complex datasets, translating data into meaningful information.
• Reporting & Visualization: You will develop and design insightful dashboards, clear visualizations, and comprehensive reports, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel to communicate findings effectively.
• Strategic Support: You will actively assist cross-functional teams and stakeholders by presenting clear, concise, and actionable data insights, directly contributing to their ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Data Quality Assurance: You will perform diligent validation and quality checks to ensure the highest levels of data accuracy and consistency, thereby maintaining the integrity of all analytical outputs and solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree from any field, as ATC embraces candidates from all educational and professional backgrounds. This is an entry-level position that does not require prior technical experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. No specific years of experience are mandated for this early career role.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to dissect complex information. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for presenting complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Show meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bonus: Prior internship or project experience specifically in data analysis or data visualization would be advantageous. Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing databases is a plus. Knowledge of core statistical concepts and an understanding of programming tools like Python or R, while not required, would be considered a significant asset.
