Customer Engagement Associate | TKO Management

The Tone:
This is an entry-level, in-person, customer-facing role at TKO Management, located across retail locations in Southeast Georgia. TKO Management specializes in helping clients enhance their brand presence and sales by directly engaging with customers through retail sales and promotional events. This role is essential for establishing initial customer connections, effectively promoting products, and generating qualified sales leads that contribute directly to our clients’ market growth and revenue.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Brand Representation: Represent our clients’ brands professionally at various retail locations.
• Product Promotion: Engage directly with customers to actively promote and educate them about client products.
• Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads and effectively qualify customer interest for the sales team.
• Relationship Building: Support the overall sales process by cultivating strong and positive customer relationships.
• Goal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to collectively meet performance and engagement objectives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with an enthusiastic and dependable approach, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn (student mentality).
• Experience: Possession of a reliable form of transportation and the willingness to travel within a designated territory in Southeast Georgia, with mileage reimbursed.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort with direct, face-to-face interaction with customers in an onsite retail environment.
