Job Title: Entry level Contracts Management
Description: This is an entry-level position in Contracts Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, administering, extending, terminating, and renegotiating both standard and nonstandard contracts. They will also be responsible for evaluating contract performance to determine the need for amendments or extensions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate, administer, extend, terminate, and renegotiate standard and nonstandard contracts.
• Evaluate contract performance to determine the necessity for amendments or extensions, and compliance to contractual obligations.
• Maintain communication to ensure timely contract implementation by all parties involved.
• Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached during negotiations.
• Plan and participate in training of contract practices and negotiations for company personnel.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to establish effective working relationships and communications with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point, with the ability to learn new software applications as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, international studies, legal, or a related discipline.
Desired Skills:
• Strong ability to analyze data sets both financially and in terms of terms and conditions to make informed business decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience working effectively in team environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Desire to work independently and accept increased responsibility for work product as you develop.
• Strong business acumen for use in negotiating business deals with customers.

• This position requires a government security clearance.
