What You’ll Actually Do
• Daily Living Assistance: Assist clients with a variety of daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Personal Care Support: Provide comprehensive personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance to clients.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients, performing light housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
• Health and Mobility Aid: Offer medication reminders, safe mobility support, and assistance with transfers for clients.
• Nutritional and Companionship Care: Prepare meals, assist clients with eating, and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Transportation Services: Offer reliable transportation to appointments for clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Successful clearance of a background check is required for this Early Career position. Possession of a reliable personal car with valid automobile insurance is also essential for fulfilling job responsibilities, including client transportation.
• Experience: No prior caregiving experience is required for this entry-level role. Comprehensive paid training programs are provided to equip new caregivers with all necessary skills and knowledge.
• Skills: Key transferable skills valued for this role include the ability to read people, anticipate needs, multitask effectively, stay calm under pressure, and consistently demonstrate reliability. A valid driver’s license is required for client transportation.
