This is an entry-level caregiver position, based in Hilo, Hawaii. As an Entry Level Caregiver, you will be joining a team dedicated to providing comprehensive home care services. What You’ll Actually Do
• Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with a wide range of daily activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Emotional and Social Support: Offer meaningful companionship and provide emotional support to foster a positive and comforting environment for clients.
• Care Plan Adherence: Rigorously follow established care plans, ensuring all client needs are met, and accurately document client observations and any changes in their condition.
• Environmental Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients, promoting their well-being and comfort.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and fellow team members to ensure seamless coordination of care.
