What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirement Definition: Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Solution Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
• Project Support: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree. This is an entry-level position for individuals eager to thrive in business and technology consulting.
• Work Authorization: Must possess U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools; Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall; Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bonus: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting; Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI; Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
