The Tone:
This is a short-term contract role, spanning 2-3 months, at Brillfy Technology Inc, located in Redmond, WA. In this field-based position, associates will be directly responsible for critical data collection, visiting customer homes to capture specific photos and videos that are essential for ongoing projects. The TL;DR

• Mission: Collect required visual data, including photos and videos, from customer homes and upload high-quality content to an internal portal.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Field Operations: Visit assigned customer homes and locations to meticulously collect required data.
• Data Capture: Capture high-quality photos and videos strictly adhering to project guidelines.
• Customer Interaction: Engage professionally and courteously with customers and participants during data collection visits.
• Data Upload: Upload collected images and videos to an internal portal, utilizing a personal laptop for the process.
• Compliance & Reporting: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide daily reports on activities and collected data.

• Background: This role is an entry-level opportunity best suited for individuals who have built foundational skills in customer-facing environments, such as those gained through roles in hospitality, as a waiter, in event coordination, or general customer service. Candidates should be comfortable engaging with various individuals professionally.
• Experience: A strong comfort level and readiness for extensive field-based and on-site work is essential, which includes consistent local travel to various assigned customer locations. Prior experience in roles requiring direct, professional interaction with customers or participants is highly valued.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, are required to effectively and respectfully interact with customers.
• Basic technical proficiency is necessary for operating mobile devices to capture data and using a personal laptop for secure data uploading.
• Candidates must own and be able to utilize a personal laptop for uploading high-quality images and videos to the internal portal.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and consistent access to a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory for traveling to assigned customer homes.
• Residency within the local Redmond, WA area is a strict requirement to facilitate efficient field operations and travel.
