What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Preparation: Prepare financial statements, federal, state, and local tax returns, and perform financial statement compilations and reviews for clients.
• Technology Application: Utilize modern accounting technology to deliver high-quality results and adhere to firm practice management guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage timelines and budgets for projects, ensuring client expectations are met and quality control procedures are followed.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop strong professional client relationships by communicating effectively and delivering innovative accounting, tax planning, and consulting solutions.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and research accounting and tax issues, apply appropriate accounting principles, and develop practical resolutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting with CPA eligibility.
• Experience: Less than one year of experience, ideal for new or soon-to-be graduates.
