What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze and Optimize Supply Chain Data: Analyze supply, demand, inventory, logistics, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions that improve business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
• Support Core Supply Chain Functions: Support planning and execution activities across key supply chain functions, including demand planning, supply planning, logistics, manufacturing support, and inventory management, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on Business Challenges: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges, drive alignment across the end-to-end supply chain, and develop influential partnerships within the organization.
• Develop Data-Driven Recommendations: Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that improve service levels, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Contribute to Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on digital transformation, advanced analytics, process optimization, and operational excellence, applying critical thinking to implement innovative, value-creating solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field. Candidates must graduate with their bachelor’s degree prior to the intended full-time start date to qualify for this early-career professional role.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership capabilities through academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, prior internships, or relevant work experiences.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process improvements; excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration; ability to work effectively and contribute within team-based environments.
• Bonus: Willingness to participate in rotational assignments and relocate based on business needs; ability to quickly gain knowledge and understanding of AbbVie processes, policies, and methods; demonstrated capacity to interact well with diverse groups and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators.
