What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Ensure accurate financial records by reconciling multiple banking accounts.
• Post: Record financial transactions accurately by preparing and posting standard and recurring journal entries.
• Complete: Maintain ledger integrity by completing reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts.
• Assist: Contribute to timely financial reporting by assisting in the month-end close process.
• Review: Uphold financial compliance by reviewing accounts payable invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 0-1 years of accounting experience, including internships.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
