What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare Financial Documents: Perform daily accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and other financial documents.
• Reconcile Bank Accounts: Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Support Month-End Close: Participate in the month-end close process, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Draft Financial Reports: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Optimize Processes: Collaborate with the accounting team to improve financial processes and efficiency.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is an Entry-Level position requiring strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field, specifically with bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
