What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
• Solutions & Growth: Proactively identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities, then present tailored solutions and products that align with their goals and contribute to their success.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various internal teams (e.g., product, support, operations) to deliver excellent service, streamline processes, and resolve any client issues promptly and efficiently.
• Performance: Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), directly contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all client interactions, communications, and transactions within the CRM system.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Fundamental understanding or aptitude for client relationship management and business development principles.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability or relevant experience in client-facing interactions, focusing on building rapport and addressing needs effectively. Prior engagement in roles requiring proactive problem identification and solution presentation is beneficial.
• Skills: Strong Communication Skills including exceptional verbal and written abilities; Problem-Solving Skills to analyze situations and develop practical solutions; Interpersonal Skills for rapport-building, empathy, and positive influence; and a Proactive Attitude to take initiative and ownership.
