Management Trainee Intern | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a paid part-time internship at Enterprise, located at the Orlando International Airport. Enterprise is a global leader in vehicle rental services, empowering individuals to develop critical business acumen within a large operational environment. This role is designed for university and college students seeking to gain significant real-world professional experience, providing the foundational skills needed to manage business operations, foster customer relationships, and implement marketing strategies. Interns will immerse themselves in the challenges and responsibilities of running a successful business, preparing them for future career opportunities.

The TL;DR

• Mission: Acquire highly marketable skills in business management by overseeing vehicle fleets, engaging with customers, developing marketing initiatives, and building professional relationships.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Fleet: Oversee the operations related to a fleet of vehicles.
• Cultivate Customer Relationships: Provide exceptional customer care and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans for the business.
• Build Professional Relationships: Foster strong connections with both customers and coworkers.
• Complete Intern Projects: Engage in assigned projects and participate in friendly peer competition.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, part-time or full-time, with a graduation date no later than May 2027.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 months cumulative experience or involvement in sales & customer service (e.g., commission sales, retail, serving, hospitality) or leadership (e.g., military, athletics, community, social, or academic organizations).
• Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years. Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (24 hours minimum) including one weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) from September 25, 2026, to December 19, 2026. Must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship requirements.
