Management Trainee Intern Fall 2026 | Enterprise

The Tone:
This is a paid part-time internship at Enterprise, located in Albuquerque, NM. Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating major car rental brands and managing a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles globally. This role offers university/college students real-world professional experience and the chance to build valuable business and leadership skills within a supportive, team-based environment. Interns will contribute directly to the successful operation of a local business branch.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee daily operations related to a fleet of vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Participate in intern projects and peer competitions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current Senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating between now and May 2027.
• Experience: Minimum three months of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Skills: Customer service, leadership capabilities, basic sales principles, valid driving ability with a clean record (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years).
• Availability: Ability to commit for 10-12 weeks, starting in May, and work a minimum of 20 hours per week during business hours (Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm).
