This is a temporary hybrid internship at Fulton Bank, located in Lancaster, PA. What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Engage with universities and colleges to promote partnership opportunities for the Fulton Innovation Institute.
• Coordinate: Facilitate meetings and communications with academic contacts and assist in scoping real-world use cases with internal teams.
• Develop: Build and test proof-of-concept solutions using cloud sandbox environments to validate innovative solutions.
• Research: Investigate emerging technologies, trends, vendors, and competitors to identify actionable opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Document: Create reports on internship progress and project outcomes, contributing to knowledge-sharing and dashboard creation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled and completing a four-year college degree from an accredited university (minimum 15 academic credits completed), or a graduate within six months of the internship start date, in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related technical fields. Entry-Level.
• Experience: 0-6 months of experience demonstrated through former employment, co-op, internship, leadership, or community involvement, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, achieve deadlines, and work independently.
• Bonus: Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, preference for rising Juniors and Seniors, experience with or interest in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), experience in Data Analytics or Programming, or prior involvement in student organizations, innovation labs, or startup environments.
