This is a full-time role at English 1, located in China. What You’ll Actually Do
• Teaching: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Lesson Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Student Support: Provide constructive feedback and help students build confidence in their English skills.
• School Participation: Take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in any subject. This is an entry-level or early career opportunity, suitable for recent graduates or those exploring a career change, as no prior teaching experience is mandatory.
• Experience: No previous teaching experience is required. Candidates must possess a valid passport from the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. A clean background check is also a prerequisite for this role.
• Skills: A genuine interest in education, international travel, and cultural exchange is essential for success in this role.
• Bonus: ESL certification, such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA, is considered a valuable asset. English 1 is prepared to sponsor eligible candidates to obtain this certification.
