• Mission: Empower young learners aged 3-16 with essential English language skills and confidence through an immersive and interactive classroom experience, contributing to their personal and academic growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruction: Deliver engaging and immersive English lessons to young learners ranging from 3 to 16 years old.
• Curriculum Implementation: Utilize English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools to conduct high-energy and interactive classroom sessions.
• Student Support: Provide constructive feedback to students, actively fostering their confidence and proficiency in English.
• School & Culture Engagement: Participate in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs to enrich the learning environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level candidates are welcome, with a minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in any academic subject.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, as comprehensive training and ready-made teaching materials are provided. Candidates must hold a valid passport from one of the following countries: UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
• Skills: A strong, genuine interest in education, international travel, and engaging in cultural exchange.
• Bonus: Existing ESL certification (such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is considered a significant advantage, however, English 1 offers sponsorship for this certification. A clean background check is also required.
