What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Instruction: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16, providing instruction in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools to ensure an engaging and effective educational experience.
• Student Development: Provide constructive feedback to students, actively helping them build confidence and proficiency in their English language skills.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in various school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs, fostering a holistic learning environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum a bachelor’s degree in any subject. Candidates must possess a valid passport and be able to pass a clean background check. This is an early-career role ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is explicitly required, as comprehensive induction training is provided by English 1.
• Skills: Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange; ability to deliver high-energy and interactive lessons; strong communication skills for providing constructive student feedback; and adaptability to participate in school and cultural events.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is considered a strong plus, and English 1 can sponsor this qualification for successful candidates.
