What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Deliver interactive English lessons to young learners aged 3–16 in an immersive classroom setting.
• Execute: Implement English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools to create high-energy lessons.
• Support: Offer constructive feedback to students to enhance their English proficiency and build confidence.
• Engage: Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree (in any subject). This role is suitable for individuals at an early career stage, including recent graduates, those exploring a career change, or certified ESL/TEFL teachers ready for an international role.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, as comprehensive induction training and ongoing support are provided. A valid passport is essential for this international position.
• Skills: A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange is vital. The ability to deliver high-energy lessons and build student confidence through constructive feedback is also important.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a preferred qualification, though English 1 can sponsor candidates who do not yet possess one.
