English 1 provides English language education to young learners, with over 30 years of experience across 200+ schools in China and Indonesia. What You’ll Actually Do
• Teaching: Instruct English to young learners aged 3–16 in an interactive and immersive classroom setting.
• Lesson Delivery: Present high-energy lessons utilizing English 1’s established curriculum and digital tools.
• Student Support: Offer constructive feedback to students and facilitate their confidence building in English skills.
• Engagement: Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject is required. This role is suitable for entry-level professionals, recent graduates, or individuals making a career change. A clean background check is also necessary.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. Candidates must possess a valid passport for international travel.
• Skills: A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange; the ability to deliver high-energy lessons and engage young learners effectively.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus, and English 1 offers sponsorship for obtaining this certification.
