What You’ll Actually Do
• Teaching: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons utilizing English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Student Development: Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their English skills.
• Engagement: Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree in any subject is required. This role is ideal for recent graduates, individuals exploring a career change, or those ready to embark on their first international job.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required, as English 1 provides comprehensive induction training, ongoing support, and fully prepared teaching materials for all new teachers.
• Skills:
• A valid passport is essential for international travel and work.
• A genuine interest in education, global travel, and cultural exchange is key.
• Ability to successfully complete a clean background check.
• Bonus: ESL certification (such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA) is a plus, and English 1 can sponsor this qualification for successful candidates.
