• Mission: This role is responsible for delivering engaging English lessons to young learners and fostering their language development in an immersive classroom setting.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Teaching: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom environment.
• Lesson Delivery: Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools.
• Student Support: Provide constructive feedback and help students build confidence in their English skills.
• Engagement: Take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. A Bachelor’s degree in any subject. A genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is required. Possession of a valid passport. Ability to pass a clean background check.
• Skills: English language proficiency, Lesson delivery, Classroom management, Feedback provision, Interpersonal communication.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus, and sponsorship is available.
