This is a full-time English Teacher role at English 1, located in China. What You’ll Actually Do
• Teach: Teach English to young learners aged 3–16 in a fun, interactive, and immersive classroom setting.
• Deliver: Deliver high-energy lessons using English 1’s award-winning curriculum and digital tools effectively.
• Provide: Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students build confidence and proficiency in their English skills.
• Participate: Actively take part in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs to foster a vibrant learning community.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in any subject. This opportunity is specifically designed for individuals at various career stages, including recent university graduates launching their first job, professionals exploring a significant career change, or currently certified ESL/TEFL teachers looking to transition into an international role.
• Experience: No prior teaching experience is necessary, as English 1 provides full, comprehensive induction training and readily available, fully prepared teaching materials. This enables individuals without previous teaching roles to confidently step into the classroom and deliver high-quality lessons.
• Skills: Hold a valid passport and demonstrate a genuine interest in educational practices, international travel, and fostering cultural exchange. We are seeking motivated, globally minded individuals eager to embark on a new adventure and make a meaningful difference.
• Bonus: ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus, with English 1 offering sponsorship for obtaining these qualifications for eligible candidates.
