What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Scoping: Prepare specifications and develop bid scopes for contractors for various projects.
• Resource Management: Develop estimates and source necessary equipment for upcoming projects.
• Design Solutions: Create design solutions to address operational opportunities, adhering to engineering standards for safety, sanitation, and production.
• Project Oversight: Assist in supervising external contractors and internal maintenance personnel on capital upgrades and ongoing projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team efforts by engaging in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) activities to drive results.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Engineering degree, preferably entering senior year in the Fall of 2026.
• Experience: Ability to sustain up to a one-year internship commitment, from Spring 2026 to Spring 2027.
• Skills: Project planning and estimation, Engineering design principles, Construction/Project oversight, Continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bonus: Experience with AutoCAD.
