What We Do
We provide total building system design services across multiple high-growth markets for industry leaders. You will have the opportunity to apply your talent to projects for some of the biggest names in mission-critical facilities, higher education, sports venues, healthcare, grocery, restaurant, and retail sectors. Our work spans business, community, grocery, health, retail, and venue markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Performs calculations and designs basic engineering systems in collaboration with experienced design staff.
- Prepares system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics.
- Reviews shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications.
- Prepares or modifies reports, plans, and designs for projects.
- Supports business development or pursuit activities.
- Participates in client, company, and/or industry events to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Occasionally visits job sites to verify existing conditions and observe construction progress.
- Seeks to fill gaps in industry and/or discipline knowledge on a continuous basis.
- Maintains knowledge of common industry software, including Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office products.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural) and one year of experience, OR 3 years of experience without a degree.
- Engineering Design Knowledge: Basic proficiency in engineering design, including fundamental knowledge of the A&E industry, codes, design guides, and standards.
- Software Proficiency (Preferred): Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu software.
- Certifications (Preferred): Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Transparency
Individual salaries may be higher or lower than the stated range depending on factors unrelated to the applicant’s race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ethnicity, age, or disability. Salary can vary from this range based on geographic cost of labor statistical differentials.

- Los Angeles: $62,540 – $93,810
- Las Vegas: $56,609 – $84,914
- Denver: $62,540 – $93,810
- New York: $65,775 – $98,662
- Philadelphia: $59,305 – $88,957
