• Team: Reports to Employee Relations Lead.
• Mission: Serve as a crucial support resource for Team Members, addressing concerns, providing policy guidance, and actively contributing to a strong workplace culture built on fairness, consistency, and clear communication.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Member Support: Serve as the first point of contact for Team Member questions and basic concerns, providing initial guidance and support.
• Record Keeping: Assist diligently in documenting all employee relations matters and maintaining accurate, confidential records and files.
• Investigation Assistance: Provide essential support for investigations, including gathering relevant information and coordinating meetings as needed by the Employee Relations team.
• Policy & Standards Compliance: Help ensure consistent adherence to all company policies, established procedures, and workplace standards throughout the park.
• Engagement & Culture: Actively contribute to various employee engagement initiatives and broader workplace culture efforts to foster a positive and inclusive environment.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to team members and organizational matters.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks related to the effective functioning of Employee Relations operations.
