Electrical Engineering Co-Op (Fall 2026)

Based in Huntsville, AL, SCI Technology’s Aircraft Development Group, backed by the stability and resources of a Fortune-500 company, is actively seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineering Co-op candidate to join our team for Fall 2026. You will have the opportunity to shape future products and contribute to the development of next-generation avionics systems for a wide range of military aircraft solutions, working alongside technology partners. Successful candidates will be involved in diverse electrical engineering work on our advanced avionics systems.
Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities
- Defining and documenting engineering work as it is carried out.
- Designing and developing system components and sub-systems in collaboration with senior engineers.
- Providing effective and clear communication to management on project status and progress.
- Collaborating within a dynamic team environment to develop new and upgrade existing avionics products.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required (due to DoD, ITAR, and other regulations).
- Currently enrolled as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Demonstrated interest in functional hardware development.
