What You’ll Actually Do
• Engineering Assignments: Perform standard engineering tasks across design, development, analysis, testing, and field problem resolution for quality events.
• Design and Implementation: Assist in translating system and regulatory requirements into detailed hardware design specifications and implementation plans.
• Test Definition: Support the definition of equipment setups and monitoring parameters for seismic, environmental, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests.
• System Analysis: Contribute to power distribution analysis, heat load calculations, response time evaluations, and uncertainty analyses for safety-related systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with system architects, software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and licensing teams to ensure integrated, compliant, and licensable solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques, and criteria, with guidance from senior staff.
• Skills: Exposure to CAD modeling and computer programming skills.
• Bonus: Degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology, and Engineering Science may also be accepted.
