• Mission: Help clients make better decisions by analyzing and quantifying financial risks and developing comprehensive benefit and risk strategies.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze and report: Collect, organize, and analyze census data or P&C risk data to prepare reports and support financial statement calculations.
• Develop projections: Craft both stochastic and deterministic projections of long-term financial information for pension, post-retirement benefit, or loss forecasting.
• Evaluate plans: Assess the costs, design, and financial implications of various benefit programs or risk transfer solutions for clients.
• Support client engagements: Work with consultants and brokers to address client needs, prepare presentations, and document client correspondence.
• Improve processes: Take initiative on internal projects aimed at enhancing existing processes, products, or services.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional graduating between Spring 2026 to Spring 2027 with a Bachelor’s Degree and a GPA of 3.0 or above in actuarial science, statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Entry-level experience, with preference given to candidates who have passed at least one actuarial exam.
• Skills: Effective communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills for team environments, proven research capabilities, and financial savvy.
• Bonus: Passed at least one actuarial exam.
