This internship is within the TikTok Shop US operation team, focused on pioneering content and creator commerce to build an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem for users, directly contributing to scaling the impact of #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partnership Operations: Provide comprehensive, end-to-end operational support to a dedicated roster of creators or creator agencies, ensuring smooth execution of commerce activities.
• Strategic Insight & Communication: Conduct thorough data analysis to inform and develop effective business strategies, while also managing internal communications to align stakeholders on partnership goals and progress.
• Creator Growth Incubation: Actively incubate and nurture new creators, enhancing their e-commerce selling capabilities and guiding them to uplift their gross merchandising value to a substantial and impactful scale.
• Knowledge Dissemination: Systematically generate and document best practices, key learnings, and valuable insights derived from creator partnerships for broader team sharing and continuous improvement.
