What You’ll Actually Do
• Cleaning: Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing and pot washing.
• Equipment Care: Execute general and equipment cleaning tasks to maintain high hygiene standards within the kitchen.
• Storage Management: Properly store and rotate food and supplies according to established procedures to ensure freshness and safety.
• Sanitation Adherence: Handle all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in strict accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant environment.
