Director of Nursing (DON) | SNFout

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at SNFout, located in Edwardsville, IL. SNFout operates a skilled nursing facility, and this role is critical for leading all clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday–Friday with on-call responsibilities as needed
• Location: In-person, Edwardsville, IL
• Pay: $90000–$120000 yearly
• Team: Collaborates with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team.
• Mission: Lead clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes for residents in a fully occupied skilled nursing facility.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Oversee: Oversee all nursing services and clinical operations within the facility.
• Comply: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead: Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff, including nurse managers and supervisors.
• Improve: Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team to promote a positive work environment and resident-centered care.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience: Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes; Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Ability to effectively manage clinical teams and operations.
• Bonus: Prior Director of Nursing experience preferred.
