The Director of Corporate Development will be pivotal in shaping the company’s future growth and delivering significant, measurable results from the outset.

• Mission: Own the M&A pipeline and execution end-to-end to drive the company’s next stage of scale.
What You’ll Actually Do
• M&A Pipeline: Own the full mergers and acquisitions pipeline, including sourcing, screening, and prioritizing targets.
• Deal Execution: Lead all aspects of deal execution, from diligence and valuation to structuring and negotiation.
• Financial Analysis: Build comprehensive valuation models and develop investment cases for presentation to the board.
• Integration: Partner on the strategic planning for post-merger integration and ensure value capture from acquired entities.
• Strategy Alignment: Ensure the deal thesis aligns seamlessly with the overarching corporate strategy.
• Relationships: Manage key relationships with bankers, advisors, and potential target companies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience: Proven track record of M&A execution across the entire deal lifecycle, including leading cross-functional diligence efforts.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in valuation and financial modeling, strong deal-structuring and negotiation skills, and the ability to connect individual deals to broader corporate strategy.
• Bonus: Experience in post-merger integration, deal execution within the client’s specific markets, a background from a top-tier investment banking or private equity firm, and a track record of high-volume deal execution.
