What You’ll Actually Do
• Digital Process Improvement: Design, implement, and continuously improve digital finance and accounting processes that support factory operations and long-term growth.
• Accounting Operations Support: Support general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• SAP System Optimization: Contribute to the rollout, stabilization, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring strong integration between controlling and accounting functions.
• Financial Integrity and Compliance: Ensure financial data integrity, compliance, and the effectiveness of internal controls in line with company policies and audit requirements.
• Reporting and Planning Enhancement: Develop and enhance automated financial and management reporting, leveraging analytics and visualization tools, while also supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field with a strong financial orientation.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Accounting, including experience with financial statements, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Skills: Strong technical foundation in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), solid understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and financial compliance standards, and highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Exposure to digitalization, automation, data analytics, or AI-driven finance tools; proactive, solution-oriented communicator with a collaborative mindset and ambition to grow into a future finance or accounting leader.
