The Tone:
This is an Analyst role at Nuuly, focusing on the critical intersection of marketing performance and on-site customer behavior. Nuuly, through its Analytics team, provides data-driven insights across all company functions including buying, logistics, finance, customer service, marketing, and user experience. This specific position is designed to bridge the gap between upstream marketing activities and what transpires on-site, providing crucial data to optimize customer acquisition paths.

• Mission: To analyze the relationship between marketing channels and on-site behavior to identify optimal subscriber acquisition paths.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Channel Analysis: Analyze how paid and organic marketing channels drive on-site behavior, connecting upstream channel performance to funnel outcomes and subscriber acquisition.
• Journey Mapping: Build and own conversion path and user journey analyses, identifying which entry points, audiences, and content paths lead to the highest-quality subscribers.
• Behavioral Insights: Develop persona-level behavioral analysis to help marketing and merchandising teams understand how different customer segments browse, engage, and convert.
• Campaign Evaluation: Support landing page and campaign performance analysis, evaluating how traffic sources, creative, and messaging influence funnel progression.
• Measurement Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Analytics team on channel attribution, incrementality, and cross-channel measurement questions that require on-site behavioral data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related role.
• Skills: Strong SQL skills, familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 is a strong plus), experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, comfort working with paid media data, and strong communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, subscription services, or retail; exposure to attribution concepts, A/B testing, or incrementality measurement; practical experience using AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for analytical work.
