Description: Development of Interactive E-learning for Machine Introductions

This internship offers a unique opportunity to combine a passion for education and technology within Canon Production Printing’s International Training Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating interactive and engaging e-learning content for introductory-level machine training. This will involve working across multiple departments and disciplines within the organization to enhance the onboarding experience for new machinery users and internal personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop one or more interactive e-learning modules for global use within Canon to introduce employees to the company’s machines.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Independently research and gather information, actively seeking assistance from colleagues when needed.

Project Deliverables:

• One or more completed interactive e-learning modules.
• Potential completion of a separate research project (optional).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (suitable for HBO internship or WO Bachelor’s end project).
• Thrives in multi-disciplinary team environments and excels at cross-organizational communication.
• Proactive and comfortable approaching colleagues with questions.
• Possesses strong communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working independently while actively seeking and utilizing information through collaboration.
• Available for a minimum of 2 days per week for 4-6 months, starting in February.
