Success in this position is measured by your ability to meet talent delivery goals without any business development responsibilities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Source Talent: Source, qualify, and interview candidates across a defined talent pool to meet project hiring demands.
• Manage Pipelines: Build and manage candidate pipelines to support high-volume and time-sensitive delivery.
• Coordinate Interviews: Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate communications for candidates.
• Support Onboarding: Support offer processes and onboarding to ensure smooth placement outcomes.
• Track Performance: Maintain accurate records and track delivery metrics against project targets.

• Background: Entry-Level. This role values potential, attitude, and an execution mindset over prior experience.
• Experience: No prior recruitment or sales experience is required to succeed in this role.
• Skills:
