What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests and making their visits memorable.
• Food Preparation: Take great care in preparing a variety of delicious deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot case foods.
• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently utilize various deli tools such as meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, and ovens.
• Transaction Management: Accurately operate cash registers to complete customer purchases.
• Product Expertise: Maintain and share knowledge of deli offerings to assist customers in their selections.

The Must-Haves
• Background: You are 18 years of age or older.
• Experience: Eagerness and willingness to learn new tasks and skills.
• Skills:
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of deli products (meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet/hot case items).
• Ability to learn and safely operate deli equipment (slicers, scales, fryers, ovens, cash registers).
• A strong sense of pride in work quality, whether big or small.
