Interns are matched to projects strategically based on their abilities and current business needs. All assigned projects hold significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business, ensuring your work is meaningful and impactful.
Key Responsibilities (Summer Projects may include):
• Assist in building and maintaining datasets using SQL and Power Query.
• Contribute to Senior Leadership-level Power BI dashboards and visual enhancements under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Participate actively in dashboard testing, understanding DAX fundamentals, and model optimization efforts.
• Support the development or refinement of PowerApps used for data capture and workflow streamlining.
• Assist in creating or modifying Power Automate flows to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.
Logistics & Compensation
• Start Date: This role will begin on May 11, 2026.
• Duration: The internship will last for 10-12 weeks, dependent upon the student’s academic calendar.
• Location: The incoming intern has the option of working from either our Morrisville, NC office or our Waltham, MA office.
• Compensation: Our Undergraduate internships offer a competitive hourly rate between $18.50 – $28.75, with the specific rate dependent upon the role type and location, aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking bright, driven individuals who meet the following qualifications:
• Education: An Undergraduate student currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Engineering.
• Graduation Window: Must be graduating between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Experience: Requires 1+ years of previous related internship experience. (Note: “0 years of work experience required” likely refers to full-time employment, not prior internship experience which is a prerequisite for this role.)
• Track Record: A consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Drive: Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Additional Information on Compensation and Benefits
The estimated hourly pay range for this position based in North Carolina is provided as $15.26-$25.43, however, the specific undergraduate intern rate takes precedence as stated above ($18.50 – $28.75).
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
