Data Operations Associate | Enigma Technologies, Inc.
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Enigma Technologies, Inc. Enigma is building a one-stop shop for data on small and medium businesses (SMBs), aiming to be the most reliable source to unlock access to capital. This role is crucial for supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product activities by owning customer-related data operations, managing onboarding projects, and establishing processes to ensure high-quality data services. Your work will directly impact how financial leaders serve their small business customers, enabling growth and access to essential financial services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Scale and manage data and onboarding operations to streamline the customer lifecycle from end to end, fueling GTM activities.
• Data Analysis: Own and lead data analysis projects, generating insights to drive customer conversations forward.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets, and investigate any issues.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports to communicate data quality metrics and improvements to stakeholders, and maintain detailed documentation of data operations processes and data dictionaries.
• Product Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Customer Success and Product teams to inform the product roadmap and data tooling investments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Level professional with strong analytical and quantitative skills and business intuition to make sense of complex business data.
• Experience: 0-2 years experience working with data, including project management experience owning complex, custom deliverables and onboarding workflows end-to-end.
• Skills: Proficiency in SQL and one or two other data wrangling tools for tabular data; strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: An undergraduate degree in engineering, statistics, or a data-related field; prior experience in data analytics, data operations, or business analytics positions; prior experience with data products and/or strong understanding of machine learning concepts; familiarity with enterprise software, data-as-a-service, or business intelligence tools.
