What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Input: Accurately input and verify a high volume of data into custom software systems and databases.
• Data Integrity: Cross-check and reconcile entries meticulously to ensure data integrity and meet zero-error standards.
• Digital Organization: Organize and digitally file all incoming documentation, maintaining an efficient and accessible system.
• Privacy Compliance: Safeguard all client and project data, ensuring full compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
• Operational Support: Apply cross-functional training to support various data operations where the greatest need exists, contributing to overall team efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in data operations, with the ability to pass a federal background check for an IRS clearance.
• Experience: Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume data entry; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and database applications.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities; discretion and integrity when handling confidential or sensitive information; a self-directed work ethic, consistently performing with minimal supervision; ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, supported by a reliable internet connection.
