What You’ll Actually Do
• Research Support: Support research initiatives by collecting and recording quality of life data for surgical patients.
• Patient Interviews: Interview patients by phone to gather their responses regarding quality of life.
• Data Recording: Accurately record patient responses into a research database.
• Script Adherence: Follow interview scripts precisely and record answers accurately while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
• Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all patient information and collected data.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, High school diploma or equivalent, with core domain knowledge in data collection and customer service.
• Experience: One (1) year of experience in data collection and demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service.
• Skills: High proficiency in data entry, strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly via telephone, ability to complete work in a timely manner, and keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field, experience in a medical environment, and knowledge of medical terminology.
