The Tone:

This role is crucial as the Data Analysis Specialist acts as the gatekeeper of insights for the Pathways to Recovery program, ensuring clinical teams have accurate information and demonstrating program impact to payers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• EHR Management: Coordinate all data tasks within Caminar, Avatar, and other primary EHR systems, including managing member demographics, diagnoses, service codes, and billing information.
• Reporting & Analysis: Run essential reports and analyze outcomes data to assist leadership in identifying areas for program improvement and development.
• Collaborative Communication: Act as the primary data liaison between program staff and external payer representatives to ensure consistent alignment and accuracy of information.
• Outcome Tracking: Track program outcomes diligently to ensure clinical teams possess accurate information necessary to support members effectively and demonstrate program impact to payers.
• Data Connection: Connect administrative accuracy with positive client outcomes by proactively managing data and fostering clear communication across teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Core domain knowledge in database or data entry, with a preference for health records, medical billing, or billing codes.
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of database or data entry experience.
• Skills: Ability to work with minimal supervision, set clear daily priorities, problem-solve as a self-starter, strong interpersonal skills, and effective, professional communication.
• Bonus: Experience with health records, medical billing, or billing codes is preferred; CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire).
