Customer Experience Associate, Pathways – New Graduates | Robinhood

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Robinhood, located in Denver, CO, and Westlake, TX. This role serves as an entry point for early talent to build a career in financial services. You will be the company’s voice, ensuring users feel understood and valued, while helping Robinhood learn from each interaction to make the customer experience seamless.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Complete the structured CXR Pathway Program, including paid study time for licensing and foundational training.
• License Acquisition: Attain the required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to become a registered broker.
• Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer experiences for users through chat, email, and phone channels.
• Product Improvement: Act as the voice of the customer, identifying and communicating improved ways to serve customers and drive continuous improvement.
• Expertise Development: Grow financial services expertise by developing proficiency in a range of financial concepts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should be recent graduates with customer-facing experience interested in becoming a Registered Representative.
• Experience: Able to demonstrate commitment and resilience over 26 weeks to achieve both licensing completion and Registered Representative proficiency.
• Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional service. Able to exercise independent thought and judgment, adapt to new tasks, and prioritize in a multi-task environment. Demonstrate schedule flexibility to meet customer demands in a 24/7 service model, including potential evenings and weekend hours.
• Bonus: Hold an existing FINRA SIE license, or have a Bachelor’s degree or experience working in the financial services industry.
