Customer Success Specialist – Job Description
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our automotive dealership customers maximize the value of their purchased software. You will act as a consultant, providing high-level support and guidance to approximately 30-50 dealerships within a designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer support and act as a consultant to automotive dealerships.
- Ensure customers are effectively utilizing our software products to their full potential.
- Deliver support primarily on-site (approximately 80% of the time) and via video conference (approximately 20% of the time).
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Self-Starter: Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Driving Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years.
- No OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
- Travel:
- Ability to travel, including overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during the approximately 6-month training period.
- After training, expect to travel approximately 30% of the month.
- Technical: Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
