Customer Success Specialist – Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our automotive dealership customers maximize the value of their purchased software. You will act as a consultant, providing high-level support and guidance to approximately 30-50 dealerships within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer support and act as a consultant to automotive dealerships.
  • Ensure customers are effectively utilizing our software products to their full potential.
  • Deliver support primarily on-site (approximately 80% of the time) and via video conference (approximately 20% of the time).
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-Starter: Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Driving Requirements:
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
    • Fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years.
    • No OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
  • Travel:
    • Ability to travel, including overnight hotel stays, up to 50% during the approximately 6-month training period.
    • After training, expect to travel approximately 30% of the month.
  • Technical: Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
